1. This is a petition to wind up Galore Construction Company Limited (“the Company”) presented by its former employee Mr Tsang Wai Ping. The petitioner obtained an award from the Labour Tribunal against the Company on 24 June 2003 in the sum of HK$40,000.00.
2. Apart from the petitioner, the Company is indebted to three employees in the total sum of HK$82,000.00 under an award made on 14July 2003 and to three employees in the total sum of HK$24,000.00 being the balance of an award made on 30 October 2002.
