1. I think Mrs Kaplan is right that these are discrete matters but I would characterise both the matter of 5 November and what has happenedyesterday and today as applications that were perfectly reasonable in the circumstances of what was going on and what has happenedfollowing the judgment and so I think the fair order and the correct order is to say no order as to costs in respect of those twomatters.

2. I have been referring to it variously as 5 November and the 19th day. But my clerk correctly points out that I delivered that rulingon 31 October as appears on the face of it which was the 19th day of the trial.
