COURT: Yuen Miu-fun, there is only one sentence I can pass on you for the offence of murder in the 1st Count and that is one of lifeimprisonment, and that is the sentence you therefore receive. I make no further comment.

In relation to Count 2, preventing the lawful burial of a dead body, you are sentenced to four years imprisonment. That, of course,is to be served concurrently, at the same time as the life sentence for murder.

Please refer to CACC279/2010 for the relevant appeal(s) to the Court of Appeal.
