Having considered the application and counsel’s arguments, we do not think that this is an appropriate case for us to grant a Certificateunder section 32(2) of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance, Cap. 484. This applies to all the points raised in the application. The application is therefore refused.
