Stuart-Moore VP (giving the judgment of the Court):

1. This is an application which is brought under the provisions of section 32(2) of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance, Cap. 484, for a certificate that four points of law of great and general importance were involved in the judgment given by thiscourt on 13 March 2003. These appear in an amended notice served on the court today.

2. None of the matters raised in the Applicant’s Notice of Motion (as amended) justifies the granting of a certificate. Accordingly,the application is dismissed.
